We have been afforded the courtesy by the Presidency and the Office of the Chief Operating Officer in the Presidency, to have Mrs Jessie Duarte be the keynote speaker on Heritage Day, 24 September 2009 during the Kullid's celebration of culture and heritage in Eldorado Park at the Don Mateman Hall at 10h00.

Mrs Duarte certainly needs no introduction to the citizens of Eldorado Park and surrounds. 

As the former ANC spokeswoman, Mrs Jessie Duarte has been appointed as chief operations officer in President Jacob Zuma's office.

Mrs Duarte is a former chief director in the department of foreign affairs and high commissioner to Mozambique.

She has served as African National Congress spokeswoman since shortly after the ruling party's watershed conference at Polokwane in late 2007.
