 I would like to add this and make the following comments...It’s really high time that we as Coloured "STAND" together and support each other in all spheres of life more especially on a socio-economic basis...!! I am a Coloured business owner myself and have firsthand experience “apartheid” in the playfield of the BUSINESS ARENA’S in a new “democratic SA” – how our Coloureds are still being marginalized and denied opportunities to grow as a community and a nation!!!! My question - How many Coloured owned businesses have been awarded tender contracts- from governments? How many Coloured Executives to we have in the corporate Arena’s; How many Coloured CEO’s do we have; how many Coloured FEMALE executives to we have in the business arena’s....how many “coloured townships has been upgraded???” How many Coloured school has been uplifted and upgraded... how many RDP houses has been given to our also struggling poverty struck Coloured communities.... how many bursaries and opportunities has been granted to our Coloured students etc....yet our government preached “WOMEN EMPOWERMENT”...my view is that it’s clearly “BLACK empowerment” and THEY have no intentions of prospering our Coloured communities!!! Once again our people are being forced into “Cheap labour” and denied their “rights”!!! Who in “power” speak on our behalf? Who in government really look out for the Coloured communities?
